The Gara Modular LD (Long Distance) Fin is an improvement of the Cressi Gara Modular but incorporating the single thermoplastic elastomer. 

When the blade is made from a single thermoplastic elastomer, the sublayer follows the shape and dimensions of almost the entire fin, and has a uniform thickness and the overlay covers the propulsion wing selectively and has a thickness that slopes towards the tip of the blade.

The self adjusting footpocket is constructed with the most modern multi compound joining process to deliver a footpocket that can offer comfort and suppleness around the foot where desired and yet have stiffer compounds under the footpocket and heel area where power transfer takes place.

The fin can be comfortably worn with or without neoprene socks.

All fin components are also supplied separately.

Size selection notes:

• All long bladed fins are typically worn with neoprene socks (also called booties). Even with Cressi's achievement in comfort using a blend of rubbers, blisters or rub can occur after extended use in the water.
• Long lasting quality foot pockets are made of sturdy compounds that will not stretch or "wear-in", even after years of use. If you accidentally select a size too small or tight, try a thinner sock or return them before use for a larger size. A slightly loose fit is ideal to ensure no discomfort during extended use.
