The Digi2 is the digital response to the scuba diving must-have pressure gauge and depth gauge. As a diver, you need an instrument for taking under control the depth and the residual air (or gas) in your tank. It is for your safety.
The Digi2 has been developed with the main concept to provide all the information in a compact device, showing the data in digital and large numbers.
The information is easier to read than a traditional pressure gauge with needle and small numbers. It features and a high-contrast display showing depth, tank pressure, residual dive-time, water temperature. It gives you also the maximum depth reached and how long are you diving.
The Digi2 has everything in one anti-scratch display, there are no buttons, no menu to navigate. It is compact, light and even has a user-replaceable battery with a sealing sensor.
The Digi2 is a digital gauge, it is not a dive computer. You can’t plan or record your dives. It is a must-have for any diver, recommended for beginners, and for who has weak eyesight.
The Cressi Digi-2 Console is for any diver who wants a compact SPG console with clear readings and a smart Remaining Gas Time calculation that works out exactly how much air you have left in minutes based on your depth and breathing rate. This console is designed for the harshest conditions, delivers extremely precise information and is also easy to use.
With a traditional analogue submersible pressure gauge (SPG) as divers we put our trust for one of the most important data sources to our safety, if not the most important, the air pressure of the tank, to an extremely simple and imprecise instrument. The analogue manometer is a copper spiral through which a hole detects the pressure and shows the reading in a sphere by the moving of a needle. The Cressi Digi 2 Console replaces the analogue SPG with a high precision digital SPG instrument that also provides Depth, Maximum Depth, and Water Temperature, as well as other important data of interest to the diver. All with a very contained size and cost.
The Cressi Digi 2 will flash to warn you when the pressure falls below 50 BAR. During your dive this digital console will alternate between showing you the Temperature (set in C° or F°) or you Dive Time. Thus the Digi 2 operates as a Bottom Timer.
Surface Screen (Pre-Dive)
After the launch sequence, the surface screen appears with the following information:
Dive Screen
Once a depth of 1.2 m is exceeded, the DIGI 2 console will show the following data:
Surface Screen (Post-Dive)
When the dive is complete, two minutes after reaching the surface (depth < 0.8 m), the DIGI 2 console switches back to surface mode. Then it will show the following information:
